NSMQ 2022 begun in Kumasi today with 9 of the 39 preliminary stage competitions already done with. 3 contests each were hosted at 3 different auditoriums running simultaneously at 9am, 12pm and 3pm.As usual, the fun is back and the quiz is already generating conversations on social media. Albeit not so impressive a performance, the schools did their best. Sunyani SHS came tops in that contest with 19 points buying them a ticket to the one-eight contest.Osei Tutu S.H.S trashed Nifa SHS and Boso SHTS in a thrilling contest held in the Kumapley auditorium with a whooping 60 points.Abuakwa State College, St. Monica's SHS and Amaniampong S.H.S battled it out in the KNUST SHS auditorium with Amaniampong clearly carrying the day with

 The 2022 edition of the Ghana's Most Beautiful(GMB) pageant came to its climax yesterday, 9th October, 2022 at the National Theatre Accra. This pageantry seeks to showcase Ghanaian cultural values and sell the brand to indigens and foreigners as well.  In the early years of the show, ten beautiful ladies are chosen after rigorous auditions at the regional level, with one contestant representing one of the then ten regions of Ghana. This was the order of the day until 2019 when the number of administrative regions in Ghana increased to 16. Hence, 16 ladies featured on the show starting from the 2019 edition. The 2022 edition of the GMB commenced after its launch on the 17th of July 2022 at the cultural centre in Kumasi. The competition started with 16 beautiful ladies from the 16 regions of the country.  The Ghana Police Service investigates the now Evangelist Patricia Aseidu(Mama Pat) popularly known as Nana Agradaa.  Evangelist Mama Pat, a now acclaimed born again Christian and Evangelist was a fetish priestess by the name Nana Agradaa. She is married to one Mr. Eric Oduro Korantenga with whom she has children. Evangelist Nama Pat was a con artist who worked her ways through her popular 'Sika Gari' practice as a fetish priestess. This was how she scammed many people of their money before April 21st, 2021 where she was then arrested. The now Evangelist owned Televsion channels namely Thunder TV and Ice1 TV, where she advertised her 'Sika Gari' practices. She was arrested for fraudulent activities and operation without licence. Nana Agradaa after the incident claimed to be born again and now started her own church, the Heaven Way Church located at Weija.  Apparently, Nana Agradaa did not do away with her fraudulent activities.  As the con artist she is, she pledged ear

  It's that time of the year again. Your favourite academic competition returns to the screens. It's time for the heated office arguments, hot social media banters and never-ending trolls. All roads lead to Kumasi this year for the 2022 edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz competition.  NSMQ 2022 was launched on Monday, 3rd October with the competition itself set to take off on the 10th of October and climaxing with the Grand finale on the 26th of October 2022. The 10th of October would see the preliminary stage contests kick-starting the competition. This stage of the competition will feature schools that qualified at the regional level, who will eventually meet the 27 seeded schools from last year's competition at the one-eighth stage. The opening day of the quiz will feature nine contests at three venues with contest one featuring Northern School of Business, Sunyani S.H.S and Nureligu S.H.S. This year's competition promises to be more fun and educative. T
